How to take Mysimba
Always take Mysimba tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. For detailed instructions on how to take your Mysimba tablets, please refer to the ‘How to take Mysimba’ section of our guide.
Mysimba side effects
Like all medicines, Mysimba tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects may include:
- Nausea & vomiting
- Constipation
- Headaches

Warnings
- Do not take Mysimba if you’re allergic to naltrexone, bupropion or any of the other listed ingredients.
- Mysimba is only suitable for adults aged 18 years and over.
- Do not take Mysimba if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not drink alcohol while taking Mysimba.
- Do not drive if you feel dizzy or sleepy from Mysimba.
- Inform your prescriber if you’re taking any other medication.
Storage information
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
