Co-codamol 30/500mg Tablets are a strong pain relief medicine combining two active ingredients: 30mg of Codeine Phosphate (an opioid painkiller) and 500mg of Paracetamol (a widely used analgesic and antipyretic). This dual-action formula is designed for the short-term relief of moderate to severe pain that is not relieved by paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin alone.
